I was seeing her for CBT for my PTSD, and related issues for about a month. For the first couple of sessions, instead of diving into CBT, she was fixated on whether my diet and nutrition were satisfactory. Although making slow progress, she indicated the treatment was going well. At the last visit, out of nowhere around halfway through, she decided that she "might not be qualified" to help me for something I wasn't in therapy for. This was in regards to the fact that I have a relatively mild recreational marijuana habit (about 1 gram/week), which I had hardly spoken to her about enough to warrant her conclusion. Nonetheless, she stopped the session and said this, and assumed that I have a "substance *abuse problem" and that she only sees people who are "hard workers, and don't use marijuana".
