I have been going to John Jordy for a while now and I've found him very helpful in managing my generalized anxiety. I've done biofeedback and a few other techniques taught through Dr. Jordy's stress clinic and find them very valuable in keeping my anxiety at bay.

I was suffering panic attacks and anxiety and found Dr. Jordy very helpful in teaching me ways to overcome them, by relaxation, EMDR, biofeedback, guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation. It's been over two years since my last attack and I feel so much more in control over my body now. I would highly recommend Dr. Jordy.
