took my dog in for possible poison. After getting blood work done they said all was good with her and had gas. Next day when my vet was open took her in and had been poisoned and they are treating her.I dropped $420 bucks for them not doing there job when they said she was ok.Find a better place for your animlal to survive.

Brought my dog in and he was in distress, paid the 1600 up front for treatment, they delayed for over 5 hours, now I take him home and bury him. If your pet is in trouble, find another Vet.

first experience to the clinic and it was awesome! Sophie my mini dachshund basically sprained an ankle - the folks took good care of Sophie -- the receptionist, vet tech and doctor were all very friendly and professional.

On 12/14/14 I took my Yorkie Taffy there because she became short of breath got her there someone took her from us and took her back for treatment we waited one hour before any one even told us any thing.How can some one treat your dog without knowing any kind of medical history on my dog.After bringing my dog home she passed away.I would never bring my other dog back there for any kind of treatment.Can any body tell me if a Veterinarian has to be board certified over and above being a board certified veterinarian to practice er medicine.I am writing this review in memory of my baby girl Taffy

Iwould never in a million years take my dog to this place again ! from their lack of help they could of killed my dog if I didnt walk out with her and go too another vet ! They may have moved and got a facelift ! This is still Kensington and Main hospital. If I would of known this I would of never stepped foot into this place after they killed one of my other dogs. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get out of the bussiness of animal emergency and leave it the real caring veterinaries !!!!

The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

Not impressed at all with this clinic. The receptionist and staff were not very compassionate with my dog who was very sick and ended up dying. The wait til was horrible. The first visit on a Sunday they basically did nothing and I paid $94 for that - they told me to go see my vet in the am. The next visit that week - Friday evening - my dog was in distress....she died that night. Shortly after - they were asking for the money for her remains....what kind of people work there - would never recommend this place... Money, Money, Money to pay for their new facility - that's about all they care about. The vet who saw my dog the second visit did have some compassion but it didn't feel real....they were not very attentive to our needs that evening. Very dissatisfied.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
