They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I took my vet-certified healthy pregnant dog there on a holiday weekend when my regular vet was out of country because my sweet girl needed an emergency C-section (placenta presented but no puppy - uterine inertia). Rita Gritzmacher and her vet tech killed my sweet girl by inappropriate use of propofol - then blamed it on my dog, etc. Never once said they were sorry, never tried to do anything and GBEVC still charged me full price for surgery, etc before they would release my orphan puppies so I could take them to a foster mom. She is the worst vet I have ever encountered. Other vets there are OK, but if you get Gritzmacher -- run out the door!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
