They are overpriced. A chip for the dog at PetSmart is 15 bucks, here it's 55 or 60 dollars but that's not the worst of it. They overcharged me for service they never even performed.

The girls in there do make you feel unwanted and a bother, they are miserable as if they just went to a funeral or something, if you don't like your job find another one, don't treat people like they are unimportant. My dog was treated that way too.

They gave me 4 pills to relax him, I only needed one to try to get his nails cut, so why do I have to pay for 4 pills? I don't need 4 pills. That was 35 dollars just for the pills. I wouldn't go here and now waiting for a refund from what they ripped me off. Inside there's a note that says no refund on meds, that's because they give you too many than what you need and you can't bring them back. Can we have any faith in anything anymore? Honest workers? I think not.

They told me the amount first, then when I wrote out the check they gave me the invoice, should be the other way around. All customers should know ALL CHARGES before paying, nice trick but I caught it 10 minutes later and charged me for cutting his nails when they never did, sorry I don't pay for you to TRY to do something. IF I ran my business like this, it wouldn't last long. If I pay I want the VET, not some inexperienced graduate or VET TECH who looks like he came out of the dungeon.

I better get my check because I will come down harder on them than a jack russel on a chipmunk.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
No, I didn't notice an odor
Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services?
No, they encourage you to just go to another emergency vet
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
