A few weeks ago I had to take my cat for emergency stitches in his armpit, ON A SUNDAY, at 7pm. Pretty much everywhere I called wasn't available to help me and I was very weary to call this place due to the so-so reviews on yelp. I was scared I was going to pay like $500 dollars for a fairly simple problem since it was after hours prices. So I ended up going since they were the only place available to help me, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The building/office itself is very nice and clean. They took my cat to get checked out right away and the wait wasn't long at all. The staff was really nice, the vet tech gave me all my options and the best way to keep the costs down.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. As a word to the wise, you might want to research this place online. You'd be amazed at the things you'll find.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all your help, service, and compassion with out cat, Dash. The staff was fantastic in the care and handling of him through the whole ordeal.
