They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was shocked at how unfriendly they were towards my pet. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure I would trust them alone with my pet. They care only about the $'s NOT your animal

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I honestly believe they are the best in Pueblo. It's important to note that they also offer ER visits for after hours even though it's not marketed. Do NOT go to the other office available in Pueblo - they are incredibly unprofessional, costly and rude.
