Thank you and all of your staff so much. For everything you have done for "Sassie Lynn" and introducing us to out "Trovis". He is a wonderful dog. You were so kind knowing we lost one, helped us a lot by giving us our Trovis!

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was left alone too long
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
