Very pleased with the office staff and the medical team. The nurse and doctor were very thorough, professional, friendly and treated me with respect. The wait time was reasonable. I would highly recommend the doctor that treated me.

First time visiting this facility although I am a long time patient of John Griffin. Receptionist was very pleasant as was the intake nurse. Dr. Swayne saw me in a timely manner, diagnosed me, discussed treatment options/outcomes, and answered all my questions. I am reluctant to go for medical care and only went because of much urging from my family. I left feeling very happy that I came to the walk in clinic. I would go again and recommend it to others.

First of all the Dr. field will not allow me to put in Dr. Harris's name. I came to the clinic in the evening, waited a very short time. less than 10 minutes. Saw Dr. Harris whi I felt quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem. Received good direction on self care for the problem and the prescription. I'd definitely use them again.

Arlene fell and your office found 2 cracked ribs. They explained clearly what she should do to manage the pain since there is little anyone can do for rib injuries. The personnel were wonderful and very perfessional. It was also nice that her own doctor was working at the clinic so he was able to treat the injuries himself.

We brought our toddler in for a bug bite that had become infected. The front desk staff was friendly, and the nurses and doctor were extremely patient with a hyper 2-year-old who didn't want to hold still. While we had to wait for a while, it is nice to have after hours care at our normal physician office.

Dr. Ross was extremely professional and helpful. I appreciated that he made time in his schedule to remove the inflammed area of my cheek. He was very pleasant and efficient, and removed the area with a minimum of discomfort.
