Our experience with the diagnosis of shingles was very positve. We experienced very caring personnel: office, nurses, doctors. Dr Rankins was very thorough with my mom and caring. She explained things very clearly to us and as well as her nurse Kathy.

All staff I encountered were very courteous and accommodating. Must have come a good time: total duration of visit was approximately 1-hour. Wait times were reasonable and minimal.

I am her daughter and I took her in for sever back pain. Dr. Fried was excellent both in diagnosis and in his kindness toward my mother in her weakened state. And the person who was the most helpful, energetic and showed the most caring was the x-ray person (woman who works part time for Eagle and has been an x-ray tech for many years). I really wish I could remember her name but she was wonderful and made my mother feel so much better.

I walked in just before 5 pm, bleeding hand enclosed in zip lock with ice pack, hoping to see regular staff. Nurse took me straight to the back upon learning that this is my regular DR. She made sure I didn't have to wait with the 6 or 7 people who had already arrived for after-hours clinic and who were probably contagious. I got prompt and excellent care. Thank you !

My experience was very good. I was waited on in a timely matter. They checked my vitals and made a diagnosed my problem. They were professional and used good bedside manners.

Visit was due to cough, chest congestion, body ache, low grade temp. I saw Dr. Hal Stoneking. He diagnosed bronchitis after evaluating a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. He prescribed Augmentin twice saily for a 7 day course of antibiotics. He also advised I take Mucinex, told me to get rest and to force fluids. My opinion of Dr. Stoneking's professionalism and caring attitude could not be more positive. I am well on the way toward recovery and I believe I owe many thanks to Dr. Stoneking. I had avery positive experience.
