It was a normal wait time appointment went quickly I had broken and tooth no dentist was available. Dr. gave me a prescription for pain medication and infection. The problem came at the drug store. The Dr failed top put the DEA # on the prescription for the pain meds. Office was now closed. I called the office on call doctor who told me only the doctor writing the prescription could fix it, but he said he would try to call the doctor.He called me 3 times to keep me aware of what was happening and finally the doctor who wrote the prescription called the pharmacy I deeply appreciated the timely manner in which the on call doctor followed up on this matter

Had ear infection. Staff was extremely nice. Got me seen even though I showed up at 5min before closing. Dr. e-prescribed med so I could get it that night. Overall, excellent service!

It was a really good experience, besides that I wasn't feeling well. Starting with people at front desk, nurses, Doctor and lady from lab. Everybody was kind and really professional.

Very efficient but seemed rushed. Did get anti biotics and cough medication and it has worked! I realize this is cold and flu season and we are grateful we are with Eagle and can get seen on the weekends.

I brought my daughter to Eagle Family Walk In Clinic because her throat hurt. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was exceptional! I cannot say how amazing he was with my daughter in words. She is a very sweet girl until you touch her. She gave the him a hard time about putting the stick in her mouth. He tried several times and then he stepped away and demonstrated on himself what he would do. She asked him if that was all that he would do and he said that he promised that was all that he would do. She was still reluctant about it but because of his patience he was able to get it done. She thought that he was the greatest thing! He was amazing and very fast as well. We were at the beginning of the waiting list and we were taken into the back room and the examining room quickly and the doctor saw us right after we sat down. Everything about this experience was excellent! Thank you! Martha
