This visit, unlike the last, was very quick. The doctor came in within 5 mins of me going back to a room and was able to diagnose my issue. She wrote me a prescription and I was in and out within an hour (including the 15 mins I waited prior to the After hour clinic opening). I did arrive at 845am on Saturday morning (they typically open at 9) and there were 3 people in front of me at that time and about 5 more came after I arrived. Waiting room wait was about 10 additional minutes. During check out, I noticed none of the individuals who were after me were still waiting. I acknowledge how quickly they were getting people in and out. Great Job!Also, my provider was actually better than my primary care doctor.

as soon as I walked in the door they were very helpful. The lady asked me whatmy issue was and then proceeded to find my name in the network. Once she found my name thens rolled along very well. Only waited a few minutes to to the doctor. Very pleased with the nurses and doctor I saw.

If you have to go to an urgent care or after hours care facility this is the one to choose! I received courteous and immediate care. The waiting time was minimal to see the doctor and his manner and skill put me at ease. My concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. I am grateful that such a caring and well-run medical office has the after hours care available.

The wait was longer than I thought it should be, but I was waiting for a specific doctor. They did everything they should've done for me except forward my paperwork and results to my orthopedic doctor for my appointment with him.

Wait was minimum. The doctor examine me and confirmed what I suspected. The doctor was a bit rough during the exam but I survived. Recommended I go to Moses Cone or Wesley Long to get an Imagery done to make sure it wasn't more than what we suspected. Good experience.

It was excellent - leaving next day and wanted to be seen for abdominable gramps (diverticulosis) Short wait, pleasant staff and excellent doctor. Hopefully will not need it again, but would not hesitate if needed in future. Received rx for meds needed for trip.

Slight, but not unreasonable, wait until I actually saw the doctor. Very pleased with quality of care received. Caring, friendly atmosphere by all of staff. Very happy to gave this walk in clinic available.
