It is pathetic that a company that is in the business of healthcare is so incompetent and their lack of caring shines through every every rep and worse supervisiors.
I have stopped contacting them as I wont continue to risk my health waiting on them to process my order.

This company is terrible I have tried to get a wheelchair and a cpap machine to no avail the reps are useless just a lot of talk but they do not follow thru do not use them

By God Almighty, All I wanted to know is when delivery is going to be done for my portable oxygen. Stayed on the phone several times for over 15 minutes and then call dropped. Called the number given here and is out of service to make matters even worst.

This is the worst company ever to help seniors.the phone service is bad
you wait hours to get an attendant (they disconect) the consumer if they dont want to help you.I need supplys and if my life depend from Metropolita LANDAUR I will be dead.

I generally do not go out of my way to leave a bad comment but will tell everyone to stay away from this company at all cost. There is a lack of communication within the company. Our shipment of supplies was promised to arrive between the hours of 12-2. We called around 3pm as to be generous to the driver, and that is when we began to discover the inefficieny of the company. We were transferred 3 times and had to report our story three times regarding the late delivery. The driver finally called us and said he would be there at 5pm, but by that time there was no one in the house. The driver claimed that they should not have told us 2pm as he wasn't done with his previous deliveries and even stated they don't communicate with HQ regularly. They were promising a time they could not fulfill. My family and I are currently waiting for another shipment they promised and yet again have been met with opposition. We wait an hour to get to an operator and before we can say "we would like to talk to management." They hang up.

Very unimpressed with the company. Unprofessional and disrespectful especially considering the service they are providing. Some of these medical equipments need to be on time ( ie. Liquid food, O2, bandages, saline, etc etc). Please don't only consider the lack of customer service but consider your loved ones and having their medical supplies met in a timely fashion.

Returned equipment on Aug. 11, 2014. It is now March 2015. Every month without fail we are billed for the equipment. Phone calls occasionally reach a person and we are told records will be sent to "Quality Control and they will contact us." Have been told four times, it is taken care of. We even sent certified letters to the company with complete documentation of return and attempts to reach the company. All has failed and the bills just keep coming. At one point was threatened with turning over account to a collection agency. At least that hasn't happened.

The company is horrible. We used the company for years. There was no problem in the past. But now it takes many phone calls just to get monthly supply. Every time you have to wait for a long time to get to talk to some one, the person you talk to can't order the supply for you and have to transfer you to someone else, then you have to wait forever on the waiting list, then another long waiting list... Finally someone said can order your supply, then you got wrong items...

This company is Horrible. I have been with them for 8 years and no problem.WHAT HAPPENED? Now I can't get to speak to anyone. When I call they say I am next in line then after waiting 20 min they say that person is not available .
I have been trying for 6 weeks to get an order for my c pap machine. When I leave a message no one calls me back. I did get to put my order in about 6 weeks ago still waiting....
