don't even bother going through this company. This is one of the places insurance recommends. Started calling them 04/11/13. Have spoken to 6 different reps. Some extremely rude, one knowledgable. They claim they cannot receive faxes sent via a computer fax. (Get with the program!!!)
I am now dealing with another company recommended by the inurance. Surgery is right around the corner. Wondering how wise it is to be an organized person and set things up in advance? Hoping to get a knee walker ASAP so I can at least practice!

MY CPAP MACHINE WAS PICKED UP FOR REPAIR IN OCT 2012, IT IS NOW APRIL 2013 STILL DON'T HAVE IT BACK . I AM TOLD IT IS SENT TO CALIF TAKES 6 TO 8 WKS TO EVALUATE, IT IS 6MONTHS LATER. I NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS. BEWARE IF YOUR MACHINE BREAKS. YES THEY LOANED ME ONE. IT IS SO LOUD, NO WAY YOU CAN SLEEP.

They overcharged me. They billed me twice for items I never received and I have been fighting with them for a few months now to get them to refund my money. I am getting nowhere with them and I now believe they have no intention of giving it back. I may have to take them to court. At the very least they are extremely incompetent and disorganized. They cannot be trusted or relied on to follow through on their promises.

They were decent, but not very affordable

I made the mistake of trusting the company when I gave them my mother's wheelchair to repair. Had I known they were going to exchange my better quality metal wheelchair for a black plastic, low end, wheelchair and then say it was the original chair I had given them, than I would have taken a picture of my wheelchair before I gave it to them and also marked it. The company delivered back a cheaper quality chair and said it was the original one they had picked up for repair. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They had exchanged it for one of their low end black plastic wheelchairs. The people in the warehouse have created a cover-up story to protect themselves and customer service dept. is siding with them also. And why not--they work for the same company!!! Do not do business with these thieves. In addition, their office personnel was extremely rude.I would never recommend them to anyone.
