No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair?
It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

I was a customer for many years (10+) wrote a letter regarding some concerns...heard nothing for approx. three weeks, then called and asked to have Dr. Wendy call me, which she did a few days later, however she reached my voice mail. No attempted follow-up. After this experience I've moved on to a new veterinarian. Shocked by lack of follow-up and concern.
