Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING when my family and I were in a bind and couldn't afford emergency surgery. They ended up only charging us for a portion of the cost and they were just great. I live quite a ways away from Birnamwood now but I would drive for the service they give!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
