I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
