I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. However I never heard back from them on some very expensive tests that were done on my animal.. I had to call them weeks later .. I think if your animal is sick and you pay for testing you should be called as soon as possible with the results..
