I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet.

East Side is about a 1/2 mile from me so it is nice having them so close. Most of the time when I call for and apt. they tell me to come on over and they get me right in. They are thorough in their exams and show great care in trying to help my timid dog be comforted. I have also used their boarding and I feel she was treated well and they are a lot smaller than where I've taken her before, which I liked. The fees for vet visits as well as for boarding are reasonable.
I like them and have been with them around 5 years.

When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
