It was very easy to get an appointment. The front office staff was very friendly and accomodating. The vet was awful. Unprofessional, did NOT do a throroug examine and treated my pets roughly. He was CALLUOS & RUDE. The vet had complete disregard for me and my pets. When I left the veterinarian's office I had absolutely no idea what to expect from the medication or the diagnosis for that matter - the sample brought in was not even looked at to be assured of what the condition was that he was treating for. I had to go somewhere else to get answers. The vet seemed to be VERY annoyed that i came in for a 530p appointment (they close @ 6) and seemed to be in a HUGE hurry to leave - as he didn't administer any medication nor give assistant any instructions to give me the meds... There was MUCH more that went on in this vist. At check out I had to ask for meds being charged for then i got an argumentative response. It was a HORRIBLE experience for me and my pets. I called main "owner" to discuss the issue with regards to how my pets and I were treated and he obviously is uninterested in talking to me to resolve any issues, etc., because i have not heard back from him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - HORRIBLE TREATMENT - NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE FOR ANY BELOVED PET. I would not even rate them as a "one" star

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners; a very professional and caring group. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my love ones and friends that they should start coming here. My dog loves the staff too.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Never, they are very reliable.

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
