I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I am completely unsatisfied with my results. It couldn't have gone worse. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I couldn't believe how much they pressured me to schedule my surgery right away before I had any time to think about whether I wanted to do it or not. I definitely didn't feel like they had my best interest in mind. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I felt a lot safer and more comfortable when they gave me detailed, written information about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first. I wasn't worried at all going into surgery.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They offered plenty of financing options to work with my financial situation. I was able to pay for my procedure without any problems.

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Cindy

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I will say that they weren't very forthcoming with information. I had a lot of questions go unanswered. The staff was not really very friendly. I didn't get one warm welcome. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.
