Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely!
Did this cosmetic surgeon recommend scheduling multiple procedures at once?
No, they made sure that I would have my procedures on separate days to reduce the risk
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr. Chapman's office is clean, elegant, and modern. He provides excellent services without any pressure to add unnecessary procedures. His wife is very organized and courteous. My mother noticed how much my sun damaged skin improved with IPL that she also went for a treatment. My appointments are always on schedule, and very efficient.
