Dr. Bart Chapman is not a Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon. He is a Board Certified Opthamologist. I would never recommend him after my hortible experience with him.

Yes! They scheduled all of my procedures on the same day!
Did this provider offer a variety of financing options?
Absolutely not. They were extremely expensive and didn't work with me at all
Do the nurses and staff seem to enjoy working for this cosmetic surgeon?
Not at all. It was obvious they hated their jobs
