I chose to go to Dr. Chapman because several people I know recommended him to me. I am very pleased with the result and the friendly and professional environment. His wife is also very knowledgable and pleasant. I highly recommend him.

I couldn't stand that big gobbler under my chin and my jowls made me look like a chipmunk. I had heard that Dr. Chapman did many Smart Lipos on chin and jowls so I went to see him. After he explained the procedure to me I felt alot more comfortable. I signed up and recently had it done and I wish I had done it sooner. Great just great with no more gobbler and no more jowls

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. He burnt my face on my second IPL laser treatment. It was painful to the point of me moving away from him and almost jumping off the chair. I have a huge blister on my right cheek that is oozing clear pus. When I called his office to complain his wife (the receptionist) said this was normal. NO WAY! In the last 5 years I have had IPL treatments and have never had this happen to me before. I am seeing a dermatologist to see what I can do so I do not scar from this burn. I am very upset.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I wanted to be well informed about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first, but they didn't give me a whole lot of information. I still had a lot of unanswered questions. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I could tell that all the staff and nurses really enjoyed working there. They must have a really good boss. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
