The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
Would not renew important perscriptions that had been ordered by drs for many years. Just wants visits to collect fee was the feeling I got. Demanded full pay not just copay, my insurance said i should not have paid. Money never returned.

I am so lucky that I found Dr. Sy. After a few days of driving and airline flights, my right hip locked up on me and I couldn't walk a block, much less the 3 miles, 4-5 times a week I was used to. I was skeptical about the treatment as is was so gentle. Dr. Sy said it might take a few days for the adjustment to provide as much as it was going to, so I was sure I would be back, but four days later I felt as though I could do a three mile walk again. I would recommend Dr. Sy wholeheartedly!
