I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
