This Facility is responsible for killing my Mother. They let her sit and rot as they kept her drugged and sedated. I told the head Nurse i wasn't happy with the way she seemed, she was so out of it, and i expressed my concern to her politely. She then told me That if i did not like the way they cared for my Mother that I am welcome to call 911 or take her out myself to the hospital. My Mother couldn't even hold her head up. They would never change her clothes. I had to go every day to care for her myself. One morning a woman called and said she had been transported to Hospital. Three days later she passed away. I am so sad and disappointed. The place is old and outdated the beds are from era 1930s. Authority needs to investigate this place asap

What a DUMP!!! I have never seen a place like this before. My family member was there for a short time. The place smells like urine, items got stolen, including valuable items and money, The staff is rude and loud and obnoxious, The linens on the bed never get changed. I can only hope that people read my review and take it serious. I can only hope that the owner and administration someday have to stay in this place and get treated how all our family members were treated. They sure take all our money though. I am certain that some day the right Health Dept. rep goes in there and shuts them down. How sad!!!!!!

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

THIS PLACE ISN'T FIT FOR FOR A DEAD SKUNK!!! Had a family member in there for rehab and he left with blood poisoning, a major untreated Urinary Track infection, skin issues, fingernail marks in his arms and a mysterious gouge in his leg. The doddering attending doctor mis prescribed meds for the uti so it went untreated for 4 weeks! Horribly understaffed. The food isn't fit for the animal shelter and dietary instructions were unheaded which leads to aspirative pneumonia. My loved one was admitted to a hospital 3 days after discharge. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS HELL HOLE!!

This place should be closed. Visiting my mother from across the country, I was there daily for a week. My feet stuck to the floor, there was a stream of bodily fluid in the hallway, the number of awful smells was appalling, food was sub-standard, paint is peeling, broken furniture, very old beds and equipment, and much more. The staff was mostly surly and nurses spent a lot of time looking at their phones while sitting in the hallway. My mother is claiming abusive treatment, but I have no way of proving it, and hope there will be another investigation as in 2010. I can't say strongly enough, stay away!

This place is awful. The workers are abusive and incompetent. They do not care for the patients and all they do is collect money. 8 workers were charged with Felonies in 2010 and this criminal behavior is still going on. This place should be closed. It is disgusting that such a facility exists in America.

Extremely good rehab dept. Facility run down appearance. Staff
is very attentive, but they are severely understaffed--food inedible--have seen better in an animal hospital--sure there is some $$ skimming from food budget.

My stepdad is in this facility. There have been many things we have been unhappy about. The place is dirty. Many times we have walked into my stepdad's room and have had many concerns. They don't clean him the right way. We have found poop under his nails more than once. He has a terrible bedsore and the bandage is suppose to be changed daily. We have had to ask more than once for that to be changed also.He also is supose to be rotated side to side because of that bedsore and that doesn't always happen. We have found his teeth in his urinal. His sheets have been dirty. Some staff is very lazy, some don't even speak to you. There are some that do their job well, but unfortunately that can't be there 24/7. We have our concerns about the warmer weather approaching. We haven't seen any aides outside when the patients are. Any thing can happen and there is nobody out there to assist. There should be safer surroundings outside.

This place is disgusting-the North building worse than the south building. It's dirty. Look at the floors, the walls, the elevator, the patient rooms. They are disgusting. It smells bad. Always. The staff, especially in the North building, are lazy, use foul language, and are abusive towards the residents. I would NEVER allow a family or friend to stay here. I'm not sure why NYS allows them to remain open. One only has to walk in and look around for five minutes to see how awful this place is. Please do not bring your loved ones here.
