Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

We had to drive the Medical records to the hospital because the driver did not pick them up. The room was ghetto, broken furniture and worn out bedspreads. Medication was not given on time, hours late. Nurse refused to identify herself when asked. Excuse after excuse. I highly do not recommend this facility unless you enjoy stress.

Staff gossip to strangers about patients family visits rather than doing their job by keeping their comments to themselves and caring for patients which is what they are getting paid for.

My aunt is a patient at Retama Manor West. I live in Atlanta, so obviously, I'm not there every day - but when I visited my aunt last year, I found the staff to be extremely patient with her. She was kept clean. The staff took extra time with her to encourage her to eat. They spoke to her in a kind and courteous manner.

When they have called me to get permission to change her medication, they have never seemed impatient to end the phone call - instead, they have taken the time to answer all my questions and explain anything I don't understand.

I am thankful that they take such good care of her.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I enjoy visiting my brother in law at this facility. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They are ver upbeat and happy towards the patients. Good amount of staff and my brother in law always smells clean. The rehab is great. They work my brother in law for 3 hrs. a day and they are very sensitive to his needs.
