Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation available to all MEDICARE beneficiaries We have two Short term skilled nursing households of 14 residents each – Crockett and Bluebonnet – each household offers a familiar, comfortable environment, designed to make your recovery faster and your transition back to your home easier. . Private and semi-private rooms are available, and each household features group living, dining and kitchen areas. You will follow a schedule that best suits your life, order meals of your choosing from the daily menu, and feel safe knowing that skilled nursing care is available any time, day or night

When I met with the staff they made sure every question I had about my Moms care was answered promptly. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming . They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience with Moms rehab that much better. I was so impressed with the progress my Mom was able to make. Mom had an amazing experience, and the Nurses and Therapists were by far the best I've ever dealt with. I would definately reccommend The Mission at Air Force Village (Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation).

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
