All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Mrs.Ramos Thank you for assisting me with my problem today, regarding Mr. Spring. You truly helped me. You do show genuine concern for your patients and their families. I would like to say I am very sorry for my words I spoke to you today. I must comend you on your composure in this incident. In my moment of rage I did sent another review which was negative. This was a haste decision on my part. I hope you find it in your heart to except my apology. When all that was said and done you did help me with my problem.
