My Mother was severely neglected in the long term stay section of this facility. She'd suffered a stroke, and was transferred here by the hospital. After a short time she was transferred from rehab to the nursing home side of the building. When we went to see her, we found her unclothed, crying, and begging for water. It was dinner time. I saw the other residents with food, but there was no evidence that anyone had provided it for her. Her water needed a thickening agent added due to her stroke, therefore, the nurse had to bring it. We repeatedly asked the nurse to bring her a drink for over an hour. After a ridiculously long wait an aide brought water. The nurse at the desk was incredibly rude with an attitude. Each time we went to the desk, she basically was standing there doing nothing. My Mother became dehydrated, and I was told they were moving her to hospice. She'd been in that room for 5 days. Her belongings had never been unpacked, her clothes had been stolen, her medical charts on her wall hadn't been filled out indicating that no one had checked her since she got there. I doubt she'd had a drink until we were there demanding it. They moved her to hospice, and she died a few days later. I complained to the nursing supervisor about their neglect. She said it would be investigated, and I never heard anything more from them. If you value your loved ones, I would not recommend that you let them stay at this facility.

The place stinks in the halls , they try to keep people there even when they are okay to go home so they can take there money. The nurses sit in a room just talking for hours I have seen with my own eyes and have also seen them not do anything for the patients. So much bad with this place the one star is for a rn that is good or I would rate this place a zero.

Warning this location has criminals working as S.T.N.A beware a lot of incedents that has been covered by nurses and workers.nurses who has been involved with social services for child abuse taking care of our elderly be careful please with ur mothers grand parents

My father was in their care for over 3 months. The staff was nice but there were never enough girls to help on the floor. My Dad was always stuck in a wheelchair, because he had a stroke. Many, many times was in a wet diaper all day. What I think is that the owners should be put in the faculty and see how they like being stuck in a wheel chair all day and being wet! Also they never had the equipment that was needed for my Dad. We all got together and made the decision that my Dad was coming home. His care at home ha been wonderful! My Dad would of wasted away here and I would never recommend this place to a dog!
