There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Updated, clean, and confident that my dad will receive competent and kind care.

They gave the wrong medication to my mother, did not make sure she had fresh/enough water, served chili and orange juice when my mother had extreme diarrhea.My father had a similar experience. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
