They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
