The office was easy enough to find. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. The waiting room didn't have much as far as entertainment for kids went. No TV's or toys, just a few outdated magazines. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. My child absolutely loves Peter Hine, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community?
Yes, they are known for being good at what they do
