Dr Hine is great! He's always very informative, and takes the time to answer all my questions. My only complaint is it is hard to get a hold of the office. I often get a busy signal when I call, which can be frustrating. BUT, when I do finally get through, even if I have to leave a message, the nurse calls back shortly and is always pleasant!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
