There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. But I will continue going because my kids love Dr. Hine!! They actually look forward to their appointments. He is so caring, easy going, and very thoughtful. I won't go anywhere else.
