Patient ignorance is bliss because an undiagnosed disease can be very lucrative for healthcare providers. She knows that. She provides a clean office and will answer your questions to make you happy so you will come back. What that means is that she is concerned with her image and the business you give to her. She omitted telling me about the most important information I needed to know. Eventually, I had health complications and now I would never recommend her to my worst enemy. She is a successful business woman and that is the bottom line for her.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

If you are getting good care from Dr Plummer you are getting preferential treatment. A good doctor is not someone that has an MD. A good doctor is someone who looks out for your interest. Paula looks out for her own interest and she does that very well. If she does not call you to tell you about your silent killer disease, what makes you think she will tell you on your next visit. She knows she can get away with it and she did.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
