They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. It took them a week and a half to get my results to me, but that only happened because I called them. I would not recommend them at all.

My family is racially diverse and we were patients of Dr. Plummer. We talk and we now know that she plays favorites with her patients. She will look out for you if you are of her color. If you are a darker patient you have to fend for yourself but you will not know it because of how friendly and fake she can be. Her arrogance and pride make her too ignorant to see all her patients as human beings. Her negative attitude toward certain races is very concealed. With the exception of that Republican scowl that sometimes slips out.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. And the most important Dr. Plummer is really great doctor always listening to all my concerns !!!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
