There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
