I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they always returned. Never had to wait long in the room ever. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. It was easy to get an
appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
