When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
