I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've never had a bad experience. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I consider Terry Williams, MD the best Dermatologist in Clear Lake Area!!!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
