The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I didn't wait long at all for my appointment; it started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When I come here I'm greeted by name when I check-in at the desk, The staff is very thoughtful and accommodating. They've never been late to any of my appointments, and if they do happen to be running late, they tell me in case i want to reschedule my appt. The front desk is friendly and professional and make others in the same field look like beginners. Dr. Mackay is very warm and reassuring and extremely knowledgeable in her field, I would never go anywhere else for my dermatological needs.
