In the last 6 months my husband & I both have been to see Dr Sue. He immediately puts you at ease, which makes the entire process easier to get through. Everyone in the office was helpful & friendly. Hopefully heathwise we will not need to return any time soon, but if & when we do we will contact this office. Also we would not hesitate to recommend this office to others.

I felt that they really valued my health because they followed up after my appointment to check on me. It was a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
