This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed me warmly and were super friendly.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I have put off getting a colonoscopy for 20+ years because I am a big baby with doctors. After going past 55 (and then some) I figured I needed to so this. Dr Sue's procedure was easy and not at all bad, certainly not as bad as I feared. The laxitive/gatoraide mix was easy to drink and took 2 hours.

The office visit the next day was great. I was there on time and was moved to a private area in under 10 min. I was groggy afterwards but no pain at all and it was just an easy experience. I should have done this years ago. Dr Sue makes it very easy and totally painless. He has a long waiting list - I can see why so many line up to his office.
