I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention was to me and they never took personal calls during my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. This was my first procedure ever, and the nurses were outstanding in their personal patient care, thoroughness, so kind and very professional. I never felt any discomfort and felt great after the procedure. Highly recommend this office in Elizabeth City.

Dr. Sue and his staff are very nice and accommodating. He's very busy and there was a wait to get an appointment, so book one early. The nurses were very sweet and made me feel comfortable and calm on procedure day, as well as Dr. Sue. This was my first colonoscopy and they took good care of me.

The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable and safe in the office, and I knew I was being cared for by an expert. I had the procedure performed in the office, and it went very smoothly.
