It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit.

Dr. Sue is an exceptional doctor who cares about his patient's well-being. He is a kind and gently man who checks on his patient (at home) after certain procedures.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr. Sue and his staff are wonderful. I truly feel cared for when I visit, and I have recommended them to anyone I hear needs to see a gastroenterologist. They are very professional, yet it is a relaxed atmosphere. I felt no stress or discomfort during or after my visit. I am confident I receive the best medical care in this office.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
