I went in for a follow up visit for my migraine medicine. As usual, I didn't have to wait very long and the staff was very nice and courteous. I adore Dr. Smith and am very happy with the care that I am receiving from her and this practice.

This was my first visit. I was pleased with the friendly staff and the organized flow of the visit. Dr. Smith was friendly and through with my history and a brief check up. I was seen recently for my high blood pressure. Dr. Smith was patient and kind. I am looking forward to having her as my doctor for years to come. The only thing I would change and it is a small thing really. It would be nice if there was a small table or a chair to sit my purse on when being weighed. I really don't like sitting my purse on the floor.

I really like Dr. Rivard so much. She is very detailed and never makes me feel like she is in a hurry. I appreciate her honesty and expertise. I was very happy to be able to stay for my mammogram as well. My wait before being called back was a bit long but I always know that is possible so it doesn't bother me. Annual exams are never high on my list of things I look forward to but I feel very comfortable coming to see Dr. Rivard.

Wait time a bit long, good rapport with Dr Smith. Lab techs do great job drawing blood especially in light of the fact I've a fear of needles. Been with Dr Smith over 15 years, wouldn't think of switching

I am so thankful for Dr. Smith! She is both thorough and highly professional. She is always so kind -- I know I am in good hands when I schedule a visit!The staff at Eagle Triad is kind and very welcoming. DR. SMITH AND HER STAFF DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB IN PROVIDING ME WITH THE NECCESARY PAPERWORK NEEDED FOR A CLAIM I WAS FILING AS WELL AS A REFERRAL FOR A SPECIALIST I NEEDED TO SEE. I LOVE THE ABILITY TO EMAIL THE OFFICE AND RECIEVE A RESPONSE USUALLY THE SAME DAY.

The front desk ladies were very quick in checking me in and I did not have a long wait before going into an exam room and then seeing Dr. Smith. I like the fact that your lab staff is very good and gentle when they draw blood every time I go. Dr. Smith is one of my most favorite doctors of my entire life. She is easy to talk to, gives me good advice for changing my life routine and does not beat me up when I mess up my diet/exercise.
