I was very pleased with the total experience on my November 10 visit at Eagle of the Triad. Dr. Smith was very nice and answered my questions and I felt very comfortable during my appointment.

I was checked in immediately upon arrival and taken back to the exam room promptly. The staff and Dr. Smith were kind, considerate and interested in making sure I was comfortable. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. As always, I enjoyed my visit to the office.

I saw Dr. Smith for my 6-month medicine check. She requested blood work to see that I was not having any adverse reactions to my medicines that I take. Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor--she is also very kind and understanding and listens to her patients.

I appreciate Dr. Smith's thoroughness. She asks relevant questions and looks for good responses. Every question I had was met with relevant advise and methods to maintain and improve my overall health. I always learn something when I have an annual appointment with her. I think she is a very good clinician. She sent me for an ultrasound based on findings from a breast exam. She wanted to make sure everything was fine. I value that kind of response from a healthcare professional. She went over my immunization record and made suggestions. I had a flu shot and lab work. Everything was reported back to me the next day.

Dr. Smith went over my chart info with me and the sheet I filled out. She spent time talking with me about issues I have and she was helpful because she listened to me and gave feed back. I received a flu shot and my blood work.I love Dr. Smith because she has always provided excellent care for me for all of my different ailments.

I only waited about 15 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Smith was very prompt and my visit wasvery satisfactory. I have been to Eagle Triad for over 25 years and have always had very goodvisits to the Doctors.
