Dr. Smith is a very knowledgeable and compassionate primary care provider. She is easy to talk with and takes the time to truly listen to me as a patient and to provide clear explanations of diagnoses and treatments. She addresses the whole patient...physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual health...recognizing that all are important to overall health. She has a clear understanding of her own knowledge-base and knows when to refer to a specialist. I could go on and on about her strengths, but I'll simply close by saying that I wouldn't want any other primary care physician. The only down side is the difficulty in getting appointments.

Office staff, nurses, lab assistants and Dr. Smith - all extremely superb, professional and caring. A truly wonderful Christian atmosphere which makes all the difference to me. Thank you!!

I can't express enough how awesome Dr.Smith and this practice is. The administrative staff, nurses, and lab are truly professional and kind. They go out of their way to help with ANY request you. The referral department(Ms.Shirley & Ingrid) are totally helpful with getting you to your referrals. I have been with this practice over 20 years. They are a blessing and would never think about leaving.

By the time I had my information filled out they called me back. Dr. Smith was very through and kind. Her staff followed up afterwards. It was a great experience.

I came in for a pre op exam, discussed my recent bone density tests and went over my medication for bone loss prevention. Dr. Candace Smith was thorough and took the time to explain all my options, and we discussed my pending knee replacement surgery. I feel that she does an excellent job of caring for my health issues, spending the time necessary to cover the medical issues I face personally.

Dr. Smith is great! Always takes time to explain everything. She is friendly & easy to talk to. Like the Portal System the office uses to obtain lab results, send messages etc.. We are very pleased with our experience at this office. Have been a patient for several years.

Check-in was quick and easy. Enjoyed looking at fish tank and within five minutes was called by nurse for the scales, blood pressure, pulse, temp. etc. Pleasant to chat with nurse as she completes her tasks. Cheerful greetings by Dr. Smith. Review of meds. then 'Any questions?' Discussion follows. To lab for blood work. Was given a summary report of visit at check-out. Results of blood test was sent to me through Patient Portal within 2 days. I always feel better when I leave[no matter what is wrong] because of Dr. Smith's clear explanations and encouragement. This practice works well because 'all parts work together'.
